It's Christmas Time!

Well, the tree is finally decorated! Normally we have it finished by the night after Thanksgiving. We were a few days late this year. We went to North Carolina with family and friends to cut down a tree. We have missed out on this tradition the last two years since we were living in Louisville, but we were very happy to join back in this year. There is absolutely nothing like a real tree and picking one from the field makes it even more personal. I love the smell when I walk through the door.

We also took our family photo for our Christmas cards. I can't wait to upload my pics to Tiny Prints and get my cards back. I love giving and getting Christmas cards! There are so many to choose from, and if you know me well you know that I am an indecisive person... so with all the choices that Tiny Prints has, it may take me awhile to find the perfect one! I like the simplicity of this one:

The "Design Your Own" would allow a more personal customization.

This circle one is cool, too!

So, as you can see, I have A LOT to choose from. Will I ever decide???

I hope to get a card from you this season, so why don't you check out Tiny Prints and choose the perfect card for your family??

Christmas Cards

While Shutterfly is one of my favorite places (well, it's usually the only place I get prints) for prints, I found a new place to try called Tiny Prints. Click here to check out a way to get Christmas cards for free! They have some really cute designs at some pretty cute prices! It's never too early to start planning for your Christmas cards... which means we need to get a family photo ASAP!

Overwhelmed

is what I am feeling today. I feel like we might have one too many irons in the fire! It's not really anything major at this point, but small things that seem to stress me out. For instance, I am the room mom for Briggs' class at school. His Christmas party is scheduled for the same day as our MMO Christmas program (where I am teaching 2 year olds)... so I am feeling stressed about this. Aaron is also planning to be in Guatemala in December, which stresses me out just thinking about it! Thanksgiving is right around the corner.... Wasn't it just August? We are looking for a house to live in when our time in the current one is up, and we are busy filling out paper work for our non-profit organization. It seems there aren't enough hours in the day to keep up with everything. I try to remember just to take a deep breath and put it all in God's hands, but sometimes that's easier said than done!
