Briggs is now 4 - will be 5 in September. Here in Kentucky, the age cutoff is October 1 so he is eligible for kindergarten this fall. Back in SC, he would not be eligible for K5 until the fall of 2011. I am so torn about what to do - just because I don't really know exactly what our lives hold for the future. I wonder if he goes to K5 here this year, and then we move back to SC in the next year or so, would he have to repeat that grade? So many questions - and I feel like there are no answers. And then there's the whole question about what to do if and when we are on the mission field somewhere. Will I homeschool him there or will he attend school?
My next goal is to write out a pros and cons list so that I can actually see some things on paper. I would greatly appreciate your prayers on this matter - as well as any feedback anyone could give. Teachers, moms, homeschoolers - any of you out there, please let me know your experiences! Thanks!

Compulsory age in Kentucky is age six. Therefore, you really don't have to decide until next year.
